M-Plus Embroidery is the previous name of the contract embroidery division of ProThreads.

Yes, if you are a current M-Plus customer all of your account and logo information is on file and you are ready to continue placing orders. We ask that you use our current PO forms.

Logo & Digitizing

Yes, the digitizing fee is $35.

For digitizing, vector files are preferred. AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, or JPG are accepted.

Yes, however we cannot guarantee the quality of the end product. We use EMB files in our system.

Extremely small detail or lettering may not translate well to embroidered artwork. Contact us if you have questions about your logo design.

Yes, all logos stay of file forever. You do not need to resubmit your logo files.

Shipping

Our standard lead time is 10 business days from final logo approval.

We will do all we can to accommodate rush orders on contract embroidery. Contact us to share your request and we will let you know what we can do. Fees may apply.

Yes, you can pick-up orders during our regular business hours at our Roseville location.
